All orders are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped to you. Items will be despatched within 1-5 working days from the day the order is placed. This includes if express shipping is chosen. Shipping time after despatch is entirely dependent on the shipping company. Once your parcel has been despatched, we take no responsibility of damaged, missing or lost parcels made by the shipping company. We will offer assistance in finding your parcel if notified via email at info@surfingismycoffee.com.au .

All parcels will require a signature upon receipt for peace of mind.

Shipping will be completed by Australia Post

• Express Post Large satchels are designed for items weighing up to 5kg

 

Please note: Orders will be left in the safest place if no one is home to receive the parcel.

 

Local Delivery

Customers who place an order with local delivery will be contacted regarding a delivery day and approximate time via text to the mobile number attached to the order. Please be aware that when using PayPal the mobile number linked the PayPal account will be added to the order and will be the number used to contact you. Local deliveries are made 1-5 business days from purchase day. Deliveries will be made in the evening or weekends.

 

Local deliveries are within the Wollongong area

Between Dapto and Stanwell Park  

Local deliveries are $5.00

Customers who have chosen pick up from Corrimal NSW will also be contacted via text to arrange collection within 1-5 business days. Please note Pick Up times will be from mid afternoon during the week and (by appointment) on weekends. As you can appreciate this business operates around school hours. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
