Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return the product as well as an attached product tag within 14 days of the date you receive the  product, and we will exchange it or offer a store credit. Reasons for an exchange may include incorrect sizing - though please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing items to reduce the possibility of purchasing the incorrect size. 

Store credits are valid for 3 months.

 Please note that the following products are not eligible for return:​

  • Swimwear

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds will only be offered for faulty items however, please be aware items are carefully inspected by us prior to being wrapped and sent, a faulty item would never be sent intentionally. Once received, items will be inspected before a refund is offered. Items must not have been worn or show any signs of wear other than that of the fault. NB: If items show signs of being worn, we will not refund on these items.

Sale items are not eligible for an exchange however will still be covered by our faulty item refund policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with the purchase of replacement items.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the website and/or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, please do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
